Same with vodka, so for the distiller and connoisseur, the challenge is to use the right ingredients in the right proportion — which eventually led us to a unique blend of spelt, an ancient grain that imparts nutty sweetness, and triticale, a Scottish wheat-rye hybrid that brings smooth complexity.
